After our first visit, we couldn’t stop thinking about the food — it’s great!! We enjoy eating at various BBQ places in the region, but having eaten here several times now, CarterQue keeps drawing us back! Highly recommend the ribs, pulled pork sandwich, BBQ egg rolls, potato salad, and the CarterQue burger — which is amazing! The friendly staff make us feel welcome each and every time. They have a nice outdoor patio area for dining in good weather and a fun, cheery interior with tables or booths. They also have one of the very best sound tracks playing! There’s great weekday and weekend specials as well. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and hungry!
First things first ! You MUST try the black raspberry BBQ sauce ! It’s phenomenal. I’ve had at least 15 meals here and have never had a bad meal . Service is lightening fast , restaurant ambience is 10/10 and the location is right off RT 70 which is super convenient for travelers .

We came here on a Friday night and had a great meal! If you like fried pickles, this is the place for you. I also really enjoyed the smoked Turkey. Everything that was ordered came out quickly and smelled amazing. They close at 8 so take that into consideration.
The raspberry BBQ is so unique and yummy. You may need a tad more because it is so good!! Sit down service was quick. The noisy and music level is pretty high making polite conversations difficult.
Me and my family went here today for a family outing I brought my wife with me and she now loves it just as much as we do. The food is amazing the brisket is so tender. The service is fast and efficient. They are very polite. And they stay on top of us. It wasn't too busy when we were there. But I'm sure it does get busy. I would definitely drive 47 minutes any day for this meal.
CarterQue raspberry sauce wings are out of this world. Smokey flavor and a fantastic sauce. I often heard that there is no such thing in life as a bad wing, but after trying CarterQue's wings I now realize that I was terribly wrong. CarterQue's makes one of the best wings that I have ever had.
